- Form a fully cohesive Project Team, to include not only the client and the design team, but also the suppliers and sub-contractors through effective partnering arrangements.
- Pay the suppliers and sub-contractors promptly to establish confidence in both the team and the project and to ensure their full cooperation in all regards.
- Establish and maintain safe working practices on the project with a constant emphasis on high-quality safety management from all contributing parties.
