This existing building, within the prestigious Fountainbridge Development in Edinburgh, was fitted out to allow letting as a high class office facility. This included services installation throughout, suspended ceiling, raised floor and joinery work and finishes in all areas. Close co-ordination with the office development staff was essential in minimising the disruption to the adjacent facilities.
